Featured Opportunities:

Event Center $5,000,000

With over 10,000 square feet and sub-dividable into 6 smaller spaces, the Event Center will be home to high-profile student programming, including annual formals and dinners, student-organized conferences, academic meetings and presentations, and a wide range of cultural shows.

The Event Center also will be the space where the student programming board, Touch-n-Go Productions, puts on major events including regular movies, comedy shows, concerts and dance parties.

Great Lounge: $1,500,000

The Great Lounge is a central space where students can connect with their peers over a meal, decompress between class periods or just grab a quick snack. Located on the lower floor of the building, it will offer individual and group seating to accommodate a wide variety of student preferences.

Student Leadership and Engagement Suite: $1,000,000

Home to the Student Government Association, Touch-N-Go Productions, the Avion, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Leadership and Civic Engagement, and student organizations, the Student Leadership and Engagement Suite will be a hub for all student life activities outside the classroom.

The suite will not only connect students with resources and opportunity for involvement, but will also serve as a community-building space for student groups and organizations.

Student Affairs Office: $550,000

Home to the Dean of Students staff, students can come to this office for assistance and support. The office oversees the areas of Housing & Residence Life, Health and Counseling Services, Disability Services, Career Services, and Student Engagement & Student Union.

Rooftop Terrace: $1,250,000

Overlooking the beautiful Connolly Quad with a peek of Runway 25R-7L’s final approach, the Rooftop Terrace will be a go-to spot for students to relax between classes. As an ideal location to host various socials for clubs, organizations, and the university, the rooftop terrace will be a constant reminder reaffirming our student’s passion for the aerospace industry.

Flight Deck: $300,000

Conveniently located on the second floor of the Student Union, the Flight Deck will provide space for students to socialize, dine, and catch up on coursework—all while getting a bird's-eye view of the activities on the first floor and outside on the Connolly Quad.
