Your Generosity Keeps Embry-Riddle Students Soaring High

Thank you for powering a year of real outcomes at Embry-Riddle. You continue to set new standards in generosity with more than 5,300 of you stepping up to contribute more than $33.1 million in outright gifts, planned gifts, gifts-in-kind and pledges (see chart below).

Thanks to your contributions you are creating more student opportunity, greater research momentum and a stronger university. In this annual report on philanthropy, you will see how gifts like yours shaped the year: students building and flying, founders pitching and winning, scholars staying enrolled and finishing strong and research delivering solutions for industry and society. That is your impact!

Because of you, scholarships met students where they are and kept them on track. Support reached working military learners studying from overseas, students overcoming personal and financial headwinds and future aerospace leaders who now have the validation and resources to aim higher.

Because of you, students advanced ambitious, hands-on projects that build careers. Prescott’s Rocket Development Lab overcame a catastrophic engine failure to successfully launch their Deneb-2 rocket to an altitude of 21,000 feet, while our student-built EagleSat-2 reached orbit to study radiation effects. These efforts exist because donors chose to underwrite high-impact student research.

Because of you, faculty-led discovery is moving onward and upward. With two new endowed faculty chairs focused on aviation, aerospace and space innovation, the university is positioning itself to lead the next wave of discovery in our globally vital industry.

We are grateful for your partnership. With your continued support, Embry-Riddle will expand access, accelerate research and deliver the talent and ideas our world needs NEXT!

Sincerely,
